Drafting, editing, voting, signing, scanning, and publishing can all be handled online and digitally. As you propose changes in your online code, your edits are tracked and redlined, allowing you to generate automatic ordinances, resolutions or policies for legislators. Once the changes are complete, an automatically-generated ordinance is ready to be added to council member's packets. Upon passage, staff can digitally apply roll call votes. Signatures and seals are applied via email approval. Once the attestor approves, your code is current and codified.
