File Attachments - NOT IMPLEMENTED - MAY CHANGE
Purpose
File attachments cannot be uploaded while creating content. They must be uploaded in advance to make them available to the content referencing them. Uploading a file attachment should produce a file id (fid) that can be used to reference the file later while creating or updating content.
