After Rexburg, Idaho's, website went live, the city realized the power of online content. They wanted to add their Code of Ordinances to their site to increase transparency for residents as well as simplify processes for staff. 

Before Municode, Rexburg handled their code in house. This made codifying and hosting the code online daunting at times. Also, PDF documents made it so the code and website were not in a unified search and old versions of code were unavailable. 

Rexburg implemented Municode's Self-Publishing software to simplify the codifying process and seamlessly integrate into Rexburg's existing website. Now, staff can effortlessly draft from pre-existing code and publish it to their website instantaneously. This ensures the city always has the most recent version of its code available to residents. An entire history of the previous Code is also available to view. The unified search bar for both web content and Code of Ordinances allows residents to find the content they need in only one search.  By combining a brand new website with Self-Publishing Software, Cuba City efficiently handled their problems with one vendor.
