Laurel, Montana, needed a better way to conduct their meetings. In addition, they wanted to find a way to engage with their residents while saving their staff time. 

For the more robust meetings, Laurel's staff found themselves scrambling at the last minute to put together their agendas, packets, etc. They also wanted to publish their meetings minutes online for residents to see, and their old site made this difficult. 

To combat these problems, Laurel added Municode's Web Design and Meetings Management solutions. The new Laurel website serves as an online hub for residents to find relevant information as it pertains to them. The site also utilizes a theme designed around Laurel's natural beauty by featuring a top menu with a swooping bottom border to mimic hills in the distance. Residents are greeted with gorgeous landscapes of the community on the home page. Meetings Management took the stress away from staff. Agendas and packets for the more sizable meetings are put together quickly and can even be made the day of. Because Laurel utilizes two solutions on the Circle of Governance, their meetings minutes are published online instantly after a meeting has concluded. Any municipality that wants to save time and integrate solutions into a unique website.
