Dale Barstow

Dale Barstow, after working for Municode, has retired after 50 years of service.  Dale was VP of Sales for Municode for a major part of the 50 years.  Dale began his career with Municode in 1971 and has extensive experience working with Municipal and County Governments. He is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Dale logged over 18,000 hours flying himself across the United States meeting with new and existing clients while attending many State and National Conferences.  Dale is a past President and an Honorary Member of the International Institute of Municipal Clerks Foundation (IIMC) and an Honorary Municipal Clerk in the States of Florida, Texas, North Carolina, and Missouri.
