Madison County, Virginia, needed a new website that reduced the amount of information presented and increased the quality of the content. They also needed an automated meeting solution that would integrate onto the newly designed website. 

The old Madison County website gave residents almost too much content, especially on the homepage. While this may not seem like a huge problem, the overwhelming amount of links left the community uninformed on some County happenings. A new visual design was also needed a revamp in order to show the improved quality of web pages. Since the site would have reduced content, the Content Management System had to be easy enough for any non-technical staff to utilize. The last piece of the Madison County web redesign was an automated meeting solution needed to seamlessly fit onto the website. 

With a vision of keeping the community well informed, and increasing the quality of content, Madison County, Virginia, partnered with Municode to redesign its website and utilize Municode Meetings. The device responsive site features a non-scrolling design filled with the information the community needs most. A beautiful photo of Madison County sits in the background while users can explore the latest news, the event calendar, and key links. The key links are where users will find the Meetings Portal which gives them access to the automated minutes and agendas. With this new redesign, both residents and visitors alike have open access to all things Madison County.
