The Children's Trust of Alachua County, Florida, is a newly created trust that "funds and supports a coordinated system of community services that allows all youth and their families to thrive." Currently, in its first few years of operation, they wanted to utilize a suite of industry-leading software to ensure they started off strong. 

Municode provided the Trust with three solutions from the Circle of Governance™: Policies & Procedures Software (PPS), Meeting Management, and Website Design & Hosting. With PPS, the Trust staff can draft and edit their own policies and employee handbook digitally, significantly reducing paper costs. The Board Policies and Employee Handbook are also made available online for anyone to access at any time. This ensures the Trust remains transparent. Another transparency booster is Municode Meetings, which automates meeting documents' formatting and streamlines in-meeting processes such as minutes and in-meeting displays. Once meetings are completed, the minutes and agendas are then effortlessly uploaded online to their website. Because Municode also designed their website, meetings are integrated into the site's search. The website itself is easy to navigate with its top mega menu and quick links complete with colors and images below it. Scrolling down will reveal the Trust's News and Announcements and Upcoming Events. On the backend, staff can create and maintain content effortlessly with a non-technical Content Management System. With new cutting-edge solutions, The Children's Trust of Alachua County is able to better serve the families and children of Alachua County.
