State laws change, but unless you do a thorough state law review of your Code of Ordinances every year, some references in your Code may no longer be accurate. This booklet can be used to compare laws which exist in your Code of Ordinances to the current state law(s) on specific subjects which are commonly contained in a Code of Ordinances. This booklet is useful in determining whether statutory references in your Code are still valid, and whether the requirements thereunder have changed. MCC can provide a review of your Code to update and add State Law References. We can also provide a complete legal review to identify obsolete, inconsistent and outdated provisions.
